Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time tune up on the system. The overall equipment condition is good. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Verified the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (20x25x1 and 12x12x1).
