Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Package Unit): Replaced the existing 14x20x1 pleated 1" filter with a spare provided by the customer. Confirmed the indoor coil is in good, clean condition. Outdoor Unit (Package Unit - Side of House): Verified the outdoor coil is in good, clean condition. Tested and confirmed the following electrical components are working within manufacturer's specifications: Blower Motor, Condenser Fan Motor, Compressor, Heat Strip Kit, Compressor Run Capacitor, Fan Run Capacitor, Compressor Start Capacitor, Contactor, and Electrical Wiring. Inspected and confirmed the following components are in good working condition: Blower Wheel, Primary Drain Pan, and Electrical Wires Secured. System Performance: Measured a return air temperature of 65.0°F and a supply air temperature of 101.0°F. Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. Confirmed the drain line is strapped. Additiona
