Today I arrived on site and performed a winter tune-up on the system. **Indoor Unit (Package Unit):** * Verified the unit is a package unit located indoors. * Confirmed the unit services the whole home. * Checked the pleated 2-6" filter (20x20 size); customer will provide a replacement. * Observed the indoor coil is in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Package Unit):** * Verified the unit is a package unit located in the back yard. * Observed the outdoor coil is in fair condition and cleaned it. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed the blower motor, inducer draft motor, furnace control board, and electrical wiring are working within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected and confirmed the blower wheel, burners, exhaust flue, heat exchanger, and electrical wires are secured and in good working condition. **Measurements & Adjustments:** * Measured a return air temperature of 76.0°F and a supply air temperature of 140.0°F.
