Here's a summary of the work completed: **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic Closet):** * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (size 20x20). * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. * Verified proper operation of the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **System-Wide Checks:** * Confirmed the blower wheel, secured electrical wires, primary drain pan, and secondary drain pan are in good working order. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. Ensured the drain line is strapped and secured. * Measured a return air temperature of 72.0°F and a supply air temperature of 51.0°F. * Checked operation of the UV light and restored power to the units.
