Confirmed the unit services the whole home. Checked the pleated 1" filter (12x18x1, 12x24x1). Noted the customer has spare filters and will replace them. Cleaned the indoor coil with a brush. Outdoor Unit (Package Unit): Verified the unit is a package unit located on the side of the house. Confirmed the outdoor coil condition is fair.
