Here's a summary of the work completed: **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Replaced the 16x25 pleated filter. * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump in Back Yard):** * Cleaned the outdoor coil, which was in fair condition. * Verified proper operation of the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. * Confirmed the blower wheel, electrical wires, primary drain pan, and secondary drain pan are in good working order. **System Performance:** * Measured a return air temperature of 73.0°F and a supply air temperature of 51.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Confirmed the drain line is properly strapped.
