Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Observed the indoor unit in fair condition, located in the closet. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (20x20x1). * Brush cleaned the dirty indoor coil. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Observed the outdoor unit on the side of the house. * Cleaned the outdoor coil, which is now in good condition. **Electrical Components (Tested and Working):** * Verified proper operation of the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, defrost control board, electrical wiring, and electric heat strip kit safeties. **Components Inspected and in Good Condition:** * Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, ductwork, and secondary drain pan are in good working order. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary pans
