Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Filtration:** * Replaced the pleated 20x25x5 filter and the Respicare 24x24x1 filter. * Washed the washable 20x20x5 filter. **Coils:** * Confirmed the indoor and outdoor coils are clean and in fair condition. **Electrical Components (Tested and Working):** * Verified proper operation and amperage of the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, and compressor. * Confirmed proper function of the blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, and contactor. * Checked and confirmed the electrical wiring is working properly. **Components (Inspected and Working):** * Confirmed the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and ductwork are in good condition and working properly. * Secured the electrical wires. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary pa
