Today I arrived on site and performed a summer tune-up. Here's a summary of the work completed: **Filtration** * Replaced the 20x20 pleated filter in the attic indoor unit. * Customer provided spare filters. * Checked the new filter. **Coils** * Observed the indoor coil in the attic is in fair condition. * Observed the outdoor coil on the side of the house is in fair condition. **Electrical Components** * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. * All components are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components** * Inspected the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires. * All components are in good condition and working properly. **Condensate Drain System** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondar
