Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time tune up on your HVAC equipment. BRYANT AIR HANDLER Service: Replaced the pleated 1" air filter (20x20x1) in the upstairs unit; customer provided spare filters. Confirmed the indoor coil and blower wheel are in good, clean condition. Verified the primary drain pan is in good condition. Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. Tested the safety switch. Confirmed electrical wires are secured. Tested and inspected the blower motor, heat strip kit, and electrical wiring; all operating within manufacturer's specifications. BRYANT CONDENSER Service: Confirmed the outdoor coil is in good, clean condition. Tested and inspected the condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, and contactor; all operating within manufacturer's specifications. Verified the drain line is strapped. Additional Actions: Dusted the return grills and thermostat. Replaced the batteries in the thermostat. Rest
