Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler - Crawl Space): Replaced the pleated 1" air filter (18x18x1). Customer provided spare filters. Confirmed indoor coil condition as fair and clean. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump - Back Yard): Verified outdoor coil condition as good and clean. Tested and inspected the following electrical components, all operating within manufacturer's specifications: Blower Motor Condenser Fan Motor Compressor Heat Strip Kit Compressor Run Capacitor Fan Run Capacitor Compressor Start Capacitor Contactor Electrical Wiring Inspected the following components, all in good working order: Blower Wheel Primary Drain Pan Electrical Wires Secured System Performance: Return air temperature: 72.0°F. Supply air temperature: 127.0°F. Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. Tested the safety switch. Confirmed the drain line is strapped.
