Here's a summary of the maintenance activities: * **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Garage):** * Checked and washed the 20x20x4 washable filter. * Confirmed the indoor coil is in good condition. * **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Verified the outdoor coil is in good condition. * **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, defrost control board, and electrical wiring. * **System Components:** * Inspected and confirmed the blower wheel, heat exchanger, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good working condition. * **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary pan and condensate pump. * Tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped.
