Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Here's a summary of the work completed: Indoor Unit (Package Unit): Replaced the pleated 1" filter (12x24x1). Customer provided spare filters. Inspected and cleaned the indoor coil, which was in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Package Unit - Back Yard): Inspected and cleaned the outdoor coil, which was in good condition. Electrical Components: Tested and inspected the following components, all operating within manufacturer's specifications: Blower Motor, Inducer Draft Motor, Condenser Fan Motor, Compressor, Compressor Run Capacitor, Fan Run Capacitor, Compressor Start Capacitor, Contactor, and Electrical Wiring. System Components: Inspected the following components and confirmed they are in good working order: Blower Wheel, Burners, Exhaust Flue, Heat Exchanger, Primary Drain Pan, and Electrical Wires Secured.
