Today I arrived on site and performed the following maintenance and inspection tasks: **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Verified the air handler is located in the crawl space and services the whole home. * Observed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Noted the filter size is 18x24x1. * Customer declined provided filters and will supply their own. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Confirmed the heat pump is located on the side of the house. * Observed the outdoor coil is in good condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and inspected the blower motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, defrost control board, and electrical wiring. All components are working properly within the manufacturer's recommended specifications and amperages. **System Components:** * Inspected the blower wheel, heat exchanger, primary drain pan, and electrical wires. All components are in good condition and working
