Found a customer’s heat pump split system, not heating properly due to a bad indoor motor module. The motor and module was still covered under a manufacturer part warranty only however there was a labor charge. I sent an estimate for labor to install the new motor. The estimate was approved. After installing the new motor and module, I tested your system operations and your system is operating properly at this time.
