Today I arrived on site and performed the following maintenance and inspection tasks: **Indoor Unit (Garage):** * Verified the indoor unit's location and type. * Checked the pleated 1" filter (20 x 30) and noted its condition. * Observed the indoor coil's condition. * Serviced the whole home area unit. **Outdoor Unit (Side of House):** * Verified the outdoor unit's location and type. * Observed the outdoor coil's condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires; all are in good condition and working properly. **System Testing & Adjustments:** * Measured a return air temperature of 71.0°F
