Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Package Unit):** * Observed the indoor coil in fair condition and brush cleaned it. * Noted customer has spare filters (20x20x1) and will replace them. **Outdoor Unit (Package Unit):** * Observed the outdoor coil in fair condition. * Tested and inspected the inducer draft motor, electrical wiring, and defrost control board; all are working within manufacturer's specifications. * Inspected the blower wheel, burners, exhaust flue, heat exchanger, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork; all are in good condition and working properly. **System Performance:** * Measured carbon monoxide levels at 0.00 PPM. * Recorded a return air temperature of 68.0°F and a supply air temperature of 125.0°F. * Cleaned out the primary drain pan of the condensate drain system. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped and secured. * Tested thermostat operation and restored po
