Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Package Unit):** * Observed the indoor unit to be in fair condition. * Noted the filter size as 18x24x1. * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Package Unit):** * Observed the outdoor unit to be in fair condition. **Electrical Components:** * Verified the inducer draft motor, electrical wiring, and furnace control board are operating within manufacturer specifications. **System Components (Good Condition):** * Confirmed the blower wheel, burners, exhaust flue, heat exchanger, primary drain pan, ductwork, and electrical wires are secured and in good working order. **Testing & Measurements:** * Carbon monoxide levels measured at 0.00 PPM. * Return air temperature recorded at 67.0°F. * Supply air temperature recorded at 123.0°F. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Confirmed
