Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time tune up on your system. Here's a summary of the work completed: **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Checked the pleated 1" filter (20x25). * Verified the indoor coil is clean and in fair condition. * Confirmed the blower wheel and electrical wires are secured and in good condition. * Inspected the primary and secondary drain pans, which are in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Verified the outdoor coil is in fair condition. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working within manufacturer's specifications. **System Performance:** * Measured a return air temperature of 70.0°F and a supply air temperature of 155.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. * Restored power to the units.
