Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler - Garage): Replaced the pleated 1" air filter (18x24x1). Customer provided spare filters. Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Straight Cool - Side of House): Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. Verified the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring are working within manufacturer's specifications. Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork are in good condition. System Checks: Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch. Verified the drain line is strapped. Measured a return air temperature of 74.0°F and a supply air temperature of 135.1°F. Restored power to the units and tested thermostat operation.
