Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler): Located in the attic, the air handler is in fair condition. Verified the filter size as 20x25x4 and noted a pleated 2-6" filter type. The indoor coil is in fair condition. Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires (secured), and ductwork; all are in good working order. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump): Located in the backyard, the heat pump's outdoor coil is in good condition. Tested and confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, and contactor. System Performance: Return air temperature measured 68.0°F, and supply air temperature measured 99.0°F. Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan.
