Customer will replace it with their own. * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Confirmed the outdoor coil is clean and in good condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, heat strip kit, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **System Components:** * Inspected and confirmed good condition and proper operation of the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires. **Measurements:** * Recorded a return air temperature of 74.0°F and a supply air temperature of 98.0°F. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line and cleaned out t
