Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic): Confirmed the overall equipment condition is good. Replaced the 20x25x4 pleated filter with a spare provided by the customer. Verified the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Verified the outdoor coil is clean and in good condition. Tested and inspected the following electrical components, confirming they are working within manufacturer specifications: Blower Motor Heat Strip Kit Condenser Fan Motor Compressor Compressor Run Capacitor Fan Run Capacitor Compressor Start Capacitor Contactor Electrical Wiring System Performance: Measured a return air temperature of 68.0°F and a supply air temperature of 120.0°F.
