Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic): Observed the overall condition as fair. Checked the pleated 1" filter (19.5x20) today. Observed the condition of the indoor coil as fair. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Observed the condition of the outdoor coil as fair. Tested and inspected the following electrical components, all working within manufacturer's specs: Blower Motor Heat Strip Kit Condenser Fan Motor Compressor Blower Run Capacitor Compressor Run Capacitor Fan Run Capacitor Compressor Start Capacitor Contactor Electrical Wiring Inspected the following components, all in good condition and working properly: Blower Wheel Secondary Drain Pan Primary Drain Pan Electrical Wires Secured Ductwork System Performance: Return air temperature: 72.0°F. Supply air temperature: 136.9°F. Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch. Confirmed the drain line is strapped. Restored po
