Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic): Observed the indoor unit to be in fair condition. Confirmed the filter size as 20x25x4, and noted it's a pleated 2-6" filter. Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. Electrical Components: Verified proper operation within manufacturer specifications for: Blower Motor Heat Strip Kit Condenser Fan Motor Compressor Blower Run Capacitor Compressor Run Capacitor Fan Run Capacitor Contactor Electrical Wiring System Components: Confirmed good condition and proper operation of: Blower Wheel Primary Drain Pan Electrical Wires Secured Ductwork Measurements & Adjustments: Recorded a return air temperature of 72.0°F and a supply air temperature of 126.0°F.
