Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Located in the crawl space, servicing the east side. * Replaced the 20x25x4 pleated filter with a customer-provided spare. * Noted the indoor coil is in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Located on the side of the house. * Noted the outdoor coil is in fair condition. **Electrical Components:** * Verified the blower motor, heat strip kit, and electrical wiring are operating within manufacturer specifications. **System Components:** * Confirmed the secondary and primary drain pans are in good working order. * Ensured electrical wires are secured. * Observed the ductwork is in poor condition. **System Readings & Adjustments:** * Measured a return air temperature of 65.0°F and a supply air temperature of 80.0°F. * Cleaned out the condensate pump. * Confirmed the condensate drain line is connected and strapped. * Restored power
