Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler - 1st Floor):** * Verified the air handler's overall condition as good. * Washed the washable 20x25x5 filter. * Confirmed the indoor coil is in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump - Side of House):** * Verified the heat pump's overall condition as good. * Confirmed the outdoor coil is in good condition. **Electrical Components (Tested and Working):** * Verified proper operation and amperage of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **System Components (Inspected and Working):** * Confirmed the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork are in good condition and working properly. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary pans. * Tested the safety switch.
