Today I arrived on site and completed the following maintenance: **Indoor Unit (Air Handler - Garage):** * Verified the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Replaced the 20x25x4 pleated filter (2-6"). * Confirmed the customer needs additional filters and wants them provided for a charge. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump - Side of House):** * Confirmed the outdoor coil is in good condition. * Verified the blower motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, defrost control board, and electrical wiring are working within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components:** * Confirmed the blower wheel, heat exchanger, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good condition. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Tested the safety switch. * Verified the drain line is strapped. **Measurements:** * Recorded a return air temperature of 72.0°F and a supply ai
