Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler): Located in the closet, servicing the whole home. Replaced the pleated 1" filter (20x20x1) using customer-supplied spare filters. Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump): Located on the side of the house. Cleaned the outdoor coil, which was in fair condition.
