Outdoor Unit Details: * Located on the side of the house. * Type: Heat Pump. * Outdoor coil condition was good but dirty; cleaned today. Electrical Components: * Blower Motor, Inducer Draft Motor, Condenser Fan Motor, Compressor, Furnace Control Board, and Electrical Wiring tested and are functioning properly within manufacturer specifications. * No components were found to be malfunctioning. Inspections: * Blower Wheel, Burners, Exhaust Flue, Heat Exchanger, and Electrical Wires secured are in good condition. * No components were found in poor condition.
