Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Garage):** * Checked the pleated 1" filter; customer will replace it with their own spare filters. * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump, Side of House):** * Found the outdoor coil to be in fair condition and clean. **Electrical Components:** * Verified the blower motor, heat strip kit, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, electrical wiring, defrost control board, and electric heat strip kit safeties are working within manufacturer specifications. **System Components:** * Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork are in good condition and working properly. **System Readings & Adjustments:** * Measured a return air temperature of 70.0°F and a supply air temperature of 141.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Tested t
