Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic): Washed the washable filter (size 20x25x5). Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Cleaned the outdoor coil. Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. Electrical Components (Tested and Working): Verified proper operation of the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, and contactor. Confirmed electrical wiring is working properly. System Components (Inspected and Working): Confirmed the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork are in good condition and working properly. Condensate Drain System: Cleared the drain line and tested the safety switch. Verified the drain line is strapped down. Temperature Readings: Measured a return air temperat
