Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Closet): Checked the pleated 1" filter (20x25x1) and noted its condition as fair. Observed the indoor coil condition as fair. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump in Back Yard): Observed the outdoor coil condition as fair. Tested and inspected the following electrical components, all operating within manufacturer's specifications: Blower Motor Heat Strip Kit Condenser Fan Motor Compressor Blower Run Capacitor Compressor Run Capacitor Fan Run Capacitor Compressor Start Capacitor Contactor Electrical Wiring Inspected the following components and confirmed they are in good working order: Blower Wheel Primary Drain Pan Electrical Wires Secured Ductwork System Performance: Measured a return air temperature of 68.0°F and a supply air temperature of 102.7°F.
