Here's a summary of the work completed: **Unit Inspection:** * Observed the overall equipment condition as fair. * Checked the pleated 1" filter (20x20) in the attic/garage unit. * Noted the indoor and outdoor coils were in fair condition. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. **Electrical Components:** * Verified proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **System Components:** * Confirmed the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good working order. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary pans. * Tested the safety switch. **Measurements:** * Recorded a return air temperature of 62.0°F and a supply air temperature of 110.
