Customer provided spare filters. * Confirmed the indoor coil was clean. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump - Side of House):** * Confirmed the outdoor coil was clean. * Tested and inspected the following electrical components, all operating within manufacturer's specifications: * Blower Motor * Heat Strip Kit * Condenser Fan Motor * Compressor * Compressor Run Capacitor * Fan Run Capacitor * Contactor * Electrical Wiring * Inspected the following components and confirmed they are in good working order: * Blower Wheel * Primary Drain Pan * Electrical Wires Secured * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Tested the safety switch. **Additional Actions:** * Dusted the thermostat and checked the batteries. *
