Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Located in the garage closet. * Observed the unit to be in fair condition. * Checked the pleated 20x20x4 filter. * Customer will replace the filter themselves. * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Located on the side of the house. * Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed the following components are working within manufacturer specifications: Blower Motor, Condenser Fan Motor, Compressor, Blower Run Capacitor, Compressor Run Capacitor, Fan Run Capacitor, Contactor, Defrost Control Board, and Electrical Wiring. **System Components:** * Inspected and confirmed the following components are in good working order: Blower Wheel, Primary Drain Pan, Secondary Drain Pan, Electrical Wires Secured, and Ductwork. **Measurements & Adjustments
