Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit Service:** * Located in the garage, servicing the whole home. * Replaced the pleated 20x25x4 air filter. * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit Service:** * Located on the side of the house. * Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. **Electrical Component Testing:** * Verified proper operation of the blower motor, heat strip kit, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, electrical wiring, and electric heat strip kit safeties, all within manufacturer specifications. **Component Inspection:** * Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork are in good condition and functioning properly. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary pan. * Tested the safety switch. **System Readings:** * Recorded a return air temperature of 73.0°F
