Today I arrived on site and performed a winter tune-up on the furnace. Customer has spare filters and will replace it themselves. * Indoor coil condition is good. * **Outdoor Unit (Straight Cool):** * Located on the side of the house; overall condition is good. * Outdoor coil condition is good. * **Electrical Components:** * Electrical wiring tested and working properly. * **Component Inspection (Good Condition):** * Blower wheel, heat exchanger, burners, exhaust flue, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires inspected and working properly. * **Carbon Monoxide Test:** * Tested for carbon monoxide; result was 0.00 PPM. * **Temperature Readings:** * Return air temperature: 73.0 Degrees Fahrenheit. * Supply air temperature: 127.0 Degrees Fahrenheit.
