Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Furnace in Garage/Attic): Replaced the pleated 16x25x4 filter. Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. Outdoor Unit (Straight Cool on Side of House): Verified the outdoor coil is clean and in good condition. Electrical Components: Tested and confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, inducer draft motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. System Components: Inspected and verified the good condition and proper operation of the blower wheel, burners, exhaust flue, heat exchanger, primary drain pan, secured electrical wires, and secondary drain pan. System Testing & Adjustments: Measured carbon monoxide levels at 0.00 PPM. Recorded a return air temperature of 72.0 Degrees Fahrenheit and a supply air temperature of 115.0 Degrees Fahrenheit.
