Customer stated that the downstairs bedroom off of the new unit was not heating. Found the outdoor unit to be in high pressure lockout. After resetting it I watched the unit run with no issues. I checked the filter and evaporator coil and both were good. The issue may be due to the airflow when only 1 zone is calling as it forces all air out of the single zone, to remedy this I believe having both dampers not close fully to allow some air through will fix this. The upstairs damper has been adjusted already but the downstairs damper is an old style that needs replaced. Estimate was approved and I will be out at a later date to replace.
