Today I arrived on site to perform a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Located in the closet, servicing the whole home. * Replaced the Respicare filter with a 12x24x1 filter provided by the customer. * Observed the indoor coil to be in poor condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Located in the back yard. * Cleaned the outdoor coil, which was in fair condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed the following components are working within manufacturer specifications: blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, electrical wiring, and contactor. **System Components:** * Inspected and confirmed the following components are in good working order: blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires. **System Testing & Adjustments:** * Return air temperature measured at 72.0°F;
