Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time tune up on your system, and it is working properly at this time. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Confirmed the indoor unit is in good condition. * Verified the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Replaced the pleated 20x25x4 filter. * Customer requested additional filters for a charge, as they do not have spares. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Confirmed the outdoor coil is in good condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed proper operation of: Blower Motor, Compressor, Blower Run Capacitor, Compressor Run Capacitor, Fan Run Capacitor, Contactor, Electrical Wiring, and Compressor Start Capacitor. **System Components:** * Inspected and confirmed good condition and proper operation of: Blower Wheel, Heat Exchanger, Secondary Drain Pan, Primary Drain Pan, and Secured Electrical Wires. **System Testing & Adjustments:** * Measured a return air temperature
