Here's a summary of the work completed: **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic/Crawl Space):** * Replaced the antimicrobial filter (sizes: 20x20 and 20x30). * Noted the indoor coil is in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Cleaned the outdoor coil, which is now in good condition. **Electrical Components:** * Verified proper operation of the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, fan run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. * Identified a faulty defrost control board. **System Components:** * Confirmed the blower wheel, secured electrical wires, primary drain pan, and secondary drain pan are in good working order. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Tested the safety switch and found it to be faulty. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. **Measurements:** *
