Today I arrived on site and performed a winter tune-up on the system. Here’s a summary of the work completed: Air Handler (Indoor Unit): Verified the air handler is located in the closet. Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. Checked the 20x20x1 pleated 1" filter; customer will provide their own replacement. Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires; all in good condition. Tested the blower motor and heat strip kit; both operating within manufacturer's specifications. Measured a return air temperature of 68.0°F and a supply air temperature of 100.2°F. Cleared the condensate drain line, cleaned out the primary pan, and tested the safety switch. Condenser (Outdoor Unit): Verified the heat pump is located on the side of the house. Confirmed the outdoor coil is in good condition. Tested the condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, and contactor; all operating within manufacturer's specifications. C
