Today I arrived on site and completed the following maintenance activities: **System Inspection:** * Observed the overall equipment condition as fair. * Located the indoor unit in the garage/attic and the outdoor unit on the side of the house. * Confirmed the unit services the whole home. **Filtration:** * Checked the pleated 1" filter, sized 20x25. **Coils:** * Assessed the indoor and outdoor coil conditions as fair. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **Component Inspection:** * Inspected the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires; all are in good condition and working properly. **System Testing & Adjustments:** * Recorded a return air temperature of 63.0°F and
