Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic): Checked the pleated 20x25x4 filter; it's a 2-6" type. Observed the indoor coil is in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Observed the outdoor coil is in fair condition. Tested and inspected the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's specs. Inspected the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork; all are in good condition and working properly. System Performance: Return air temperature was 72.0°F, and supply air temperature was 119.4°F. Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch. Confirmed the drain line is strapped. Restored power to the units and tested the thermostat operation.
