Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Replaced the 20x25x5 pleated filter. * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in fair condition. * Inspected the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork; all are in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump in Back Yard):** * Confirmed the outdoor coil is clean and in fair condition. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary pans. * Tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. **Other Checks:** * Dusted the thermostat and tested its oper
