Today I arrived on site and performed a winter tune-up. The system is currently working properly. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Crawl Space):** * Verified the air handler is in good condition. * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean. * Checked the 1" pleated filter (12x30x1). Customer will provide their own replacement filters. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Verified the heat pump is in good condition. * Cleaned the outdoor coil. **Electrical Components (Tested and Working):** * Verified proper operation of the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, defrost control board, and electrical wiring. **System Components (Inspected and Working):** * Confirmed the blower wheel, ductwork, secured electrical wires, primary drain pan, and secondary drain pan are in good condition and working properly. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line.
