Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Garage):** * Washed the 20x20x1 washable filter. * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Confirmed the outdoor coil is clean and in fair condition. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected the blower wheel, electrical wires, and primary drain pan; all are in good condition and working properly. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Tested the safety switch on the condensate drain system. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. **Measurements:** * Return air temperature: 71.0°F. * Supply air temperature: 127.0°F. **Addit
