Today I arrived on site and performed a winter tune-up on the whole home system. The overall equipment condition is fair. **Indoor Unit Service** * Located in the attic. * Checked the pleated 1" filter (20x25). * The condition of the indoor coil is fair. **Outdoor Unit Service** * Located on the side of the house. * The condition of the outdoor coil is fair. **Electrical Components** * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **Component Inspection** * Inspected the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires; all are in good condition and working properly. **Condensate Drain System** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary pans. * Tested the safety switch. **Measurements** *
